Left very well maintained, airy and facing the sea, almost walk on beautiful sand and despoluida Beach, with green flag of Cetesb all year. Quiet street, no traffic, a blending very well preserved, safe care and with particular vigilance in the 24 hours of the day has all the utensils and appliances needed to host comfortably up to 17 people. Large terrace facing the sea, living room with 4 environments, being: be, dinner, games and fireplace/tv. Cup and large and independent kitchen, 3 refrigerators and 1 freezer, all great. Covered garage for 1 car plus 4 in the hallways. Pool and pressurized shower, both with sea views.

The House is located on the North coast of São Paulo, in the beach of the Juréia, 186 Km of Highway. River/Santos, between the beaches of Boracéia and ingenuity. -Is one of the last beaches in this region to be open for buildings, and keeps more than 80% of green area preserved, as are prohibited new construction since 1998. The trade on this site is allowed only to inns or hotels, but in nearby beaches are found all kinds of trade, such as pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and etc.

Aqui é o lugar ideal para relaxar mesmo

Casa completíssima, com o mar à sua porta!
Passei o natal e o reveillon do ano passado nesta casa maravilhosa e numa praia paradísiaca.
A casa tem tudo que você precisar, de eletrodomésticos a utensilhos de cozinha.
Ela é muito limpa, clara e arejada, e tem uma caseira que cozinha divinamente, faz uma moqueca e uma casquinha de siri imperdiveis.
No natal estava um pouco frio e a piscina de frente para o mar foi aquecida, e ficou uma delícia.
Recomendo 100%, principalmente para quem tiver crianças na faixa de 3 a 8 anos, como eu
